Family Based Petition – Adjustment of Status

For applicants currently within the United States without a Waiver of Inadmissibility:

  • Attorney Fee: $4,800
  • USCIS Filing Fees*: $535 I-130, $1140 I-485, $85 Biometrics, $0 I-864, $0 I-765, $0 I-131
  • Total: $6,560

Child Applicants: Additional $1,000 each in Attorney Fees plus applicable USCIS Fees

Adjustment of Status with Existing Family Visa

For applicants currently in the United States with an existing Family Visa and no need for a Waiver of Inadmissibility:

  • Attorney Fee: $3,800
  • USCIS Filing Fees*: $1140 I-485, $85 Biometrics, $0 I-864, $0 I-765, $0 I-131
  • Total: $5,025

Child Applicants: Additional $1,000 each in Attorney Fees plus applicable USCIS Fee

Family Based Petition – Consular Processing

For applicants not in the United States and without illegal presence within the past 10 years or a need for a Waiver of Inadmissibility:

  • Attorney Fee: $4,800
  • USCIS Filing Fees*: $535 I-130, $325 Immigrant Visa Fee, $120 Affidavit of Support Fee
  • Total: $5,780

Child Applicants: Additional $1,000 each in Attorney Fees plus applicable USCIS Fees

Family Based Petition – Consular Processing with I-601A Waiver

For applicants who have been illegally in the United States within the past 10 years and qualify for an I-601A Waiver:

  • Attorney Fee: $10,800
  • USCIS Filing Fees*: $535 I-130, $630 I-601A, $325 Immigrant Visa Fee, $120 Affidavit of Support Fee
  • Total: $12,410

Child Applicants: Additional $1,000 each in Attorney Fees plus applicable USCIS Fee
