A graduate of Albany Law School located in Albany, New York in 1998, Jennifer received the highest environmental law award, the Gary M. Peck Prize in environmental law, served as an Associate Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology and participated in intra-school Moot Court competitions. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany in Russian Language, with a minor in International Perspectives. She is conversational in both French and Russian. While in college, she had the rare opportunity to study and live in Soviet Russia and to travel extensively throughout parts of Russia, Eastern Europe, and the Caucus and Central-Asian regions. Jennifer has also trained with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research in international environmental law and the green economy, which included travel to Kolkata, India on a service mission to support female victims of human trafficking, a topic on which Jennifer has presented at several international forums. Jennifer has also proudly served as a Girl Scout leader, Girls On the Run coach, and fair trade activist.

With more than 10 years of experience, Jennifer primarily focuses on environmental, and general commercial and business litigation and transactions. Jennifer's practice is rooted in a diverse legal and educational background. An environmental lawyer by training, she has worked hard on environmental issues from all sides: as a government regulator, defense attorney, and environmental analyst. Prior to joining The Bayne Law Group LLC, she was part of the litigation team with a high-profile New Jersey law firm fighting to clean-up Newark Bay and the Passaic River in the NJDEP v. Occidental Chemical et al. lawsuit. Jennifer is also experienced in a variety of civil private client matters, such as real estate closings, business licensure & permitting and business formation.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
